The updated BYD Atto 3 electric crossover was launched in China with a starting price of 115,800 yuan (15,940 USD). It is 1,000 yuan cheaper (140 USD) than the 2024 model year car. This vehicle adopts a refreshed styling, the God\u2019s Eye C (DiPilot 100) ADAS, and a built-in refrigerator.<\/p>\n

The BYD Atto 3 is a compact crossover that sells under the Yuan Plus name in China and some overseas countries. This car is quite popular in China. However, the Atto 3 started losing market positions as the competition intensified. Last year, BYD delivered 275,233 units of this model domestically, down 11.1% year over year. To boost the sales volume in the fierce Chinese market, BYD launched the updated variant of the Atto 3.<\/p>\n

The refreshed BYD Atto 3 got some exterior adjustments. The updated model has a larger trapeze-shaped air intake, smoked headlights, blackened D-pillars, and a new roof spoiler with dual brake lights. Dimensions of the Atto 3 remained the same at 4455\/1875\/1615 mm with a wheelbase of 2720 mm. The \u201cBuild Your Dreams\u201d inscription on the rear end of this SUV was replaced with the BYD emblem.<\/p>\n

The interior of the 2025 model year BYD Atto 3 adopts two new colors: beige and gray. Other updates include a gear shifter mounted behind the new steering wheel. The center tunnel was adjusted. It has two cup holders, a block of physical buttons, and a 50 W wireless charging pad. Other enhancements of the Atto 3 cabin include a new 8.8-inch instrument cluster, a 12-inch head-up display, and an A-pillar-mounted camera that monitors the driver. Moreover, the updated Atto 3 has a built-in refrigerator.<\/p>\n

The main feature of the updated BYD Atto 3 crossover is the Gods\u2019 Eye C intelligent driving system. It is also known as the DiPilot 100 system. Its main feature is a tri-camera block under the windshield. This system is capable of the high-speed Navigation On Autopilot (NOA) function with 10 using scenarios supported. Later, this system will be updated with the NOA function for the city driving.<\/p>\n

Updated BYD Atto 3 powertrain and prices<\/h2>\n

The BYD Atto 3 powertrain remained the same. It has a single electric motor in the front axle for 150 kW (201 hp). There are two LFP battery options available for the Atto 3: 49.9 kWh and 60.5 kWh. They provide 430 km and 510 km range under CLTC conditions, respectively.<\/p>\n

The updated BYD Atto 3 is available for purchase in China in five trim levels. The price range of this model is 115,800 \u2013 145,800 yuan (15,940 \u2013 20,070 USD). The entry-level model of this SUV became 1,000 yuan cheaper. But the top-trim level Atto 3 became 1,000 yuan more expensive.<\/p>\n
