Zeekr 9X Grand flagship SUV from Geely Group officially revealed
The Zeekr 9X Grand flagship crossover from Geely Group was officially revealed in China. This vehicle will enter the Chinese market with a plug-in hybrid powertrain in Q3 2025. Zeekr calls this model “the world-class ultra-luxury flagship SUV.”
The Zeekr 9X Grand was previously known by its codename EX1E. It was seen in China several times wearing heavy camouflage. In February, Zeekr announced that its flagship model will officially enter the domestic market in the third quarter of 2025. It will be equipped with a Zeekr Super Hybrid system. On March 10, Zeekr officially revealed the Zeekr 9X Grand.

Zeekr officially confirmed the official name of their flagship SUV is 9X Grand. Its official images were revealed. The Zeekr 9X Grand is covered with heavy camouflage in these photos. However, we can highlight its exterior design features.
The Zeekr 9X Grand is a long car with sturdy proportions and a high beltline. Its body outline reminds us of a Range Rover with a flat roofline and slanted D-pillars. The Zeekr 9X Grand adopts flush door handles and a LiDAR sensor on the roof. The front end of the car integrates blocky headlights. The car has a fuel door in the rear left pillar, and a front grille design similar to the Zeekr 009 minivan.
Zeekr officials shared a video of the 9X Grand participating in winter tests. In a short clip, the car drives on the snowy track. The video also gives us a glimpse of the steering wheel, which looks similar to other Zeekr-branded models.
There is no information about the Zeekr 9X Grand’s specs. However, it is clearly a massive vehicle with a body length of over 5.2 meters. The 9X Grand will become the first car to adopt the Zeekr Super Hybrid system. Previously, the brand’s representatives shared that the 9X Grand will become the first model powered by this powertrain. It reportedly integrates BEV, PHEV, and EREV technologies.
