BYD unveiled its in-house developed Disus body control systems in April 2023. The family consists of Disus C, Disus A, and Disus P. The latest Disus Z wasn’t part of the 2023 and was announced later with U7. Late BYD also announced Disus X, which was featured on the Yangwang U9 dancing car. You can find more about Disus suspensions here.
BYD’s latest marketing effort resembles the video shared by Nio, showcasing its Skyride active suspension capabilities. ET9 was playing tabletop football and juggling the ball on its roof, all controlled by a Bluetooth-connected phone.
