Vehicle introduction and performance characteristics:

Chassis configuration: adopts the original Dongfeng TIANJIN chassis, engineering yellow cab (color optional), Cummins 245 hp national six engine, Faster 8-speed transmission, wheelbase 4700mm, 10.00R20 original steel wire tires, original abs, with directional assistance, clutch booster, air brake brakes, with air conditioning, cold and warm.

Function introduction: cleaning cleaning suction truck is in the high-pressure cleaning truck based on the addition of suction pumps, suction tanks, suction piping and other facilities set of cleaning and suction of two functions in one of the special vehicles, by the two tanks, two pumps (high-pressure cleaning pumps, vacuum suction pumps), two sets of piping systems and other components.

Upper configuration:

1. the sewage tank is made of high quality steel plate of WISCO, the wall thickness is 6 thick, and the middle of the tank is reasonably designed with anti-wave plate

2. total volume of 15 cubic meters, sewage tank water tank volume can be freely distributed according to user requirements, with water and sewage interoperability, with stainless steel filters

3. The water inlet of the tank is a ball-valve hydrant (easy to switch, durable), with a fire interface, with a pagoda-type hand-washing valve

4. High-pressure pump adopts Pinfu 215 model, 22 MPa pressure, self-developed large filter, double water inlet (no disassembly and washing, preventing impurities into the pump)

5. The suction pump adopts Shandong Zibo SK-15 water-circulating vacuum pump with high precision and large suction power.

6. Anti-overflow valve is installed on the top of the dirt tank, and two stainless steel filters are installed at the air inlet of the vacuum pump (to prevent dirt from entering the pump).

7. Vacuum pump with drain valve, pump seat design above 26 centimeters from the ground height

8. After the high-pressure reel triangular double-plug bolt fixed, stable and reliable, the reel increased and thickened (6mm), with shower pipe function (high-pressure pipe operation, to the recovery, you can rinse high-pressure pipe)

9. Both sides of the flat pattern plate pipe platform with guardrail.

10. Operating systems are neatly arranged in the operation box, with operating instructions and precautions.

11. High-pressure three-way valve and suction four-way valve position are installed with a diameter of 100 shock-resistant pressure gauge, able to resist vibration of the working environment and reduce the impact of the medium pressure pulsation

12. Standard with a toolbox, a 100 suction port, a 150 sewage outlet
