Geely Galaxy L6 EM-i PHEV with 2,000 km range will launch on February 15 in China
The Geely Galaxy L6 EM-i is expected to enter the Chinese market on February 15, according to Geely’s East China Sales Network representative. Earlier on January 17, the pre-sale opened with a price range of 89,800 – 116,800 yuan (12,400 – 16,100 USD). The official launch price range is set to be reduced by 7,000 yuan (970 USD) to start at 82,800 yuan (11,400 USD).

Currently, the Geely Galaxy L6 EM-i has arrived in stores across China. The length, width, and height are 4782/1875/1489 mm, and the wheelbase is 2752 mm. The curb weight ranges from 1,570 kg to 1,700 kg. In terms of appearance, the new car continues the design of the Geely Galaxy L6.
Power comes from Geely’s NordThor 2.0 PHEV system consisting of a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine with a power/torque of 82 KW (110 hp)/136 Nm and a 160 kW (215 hp)/262 Nm permanent magnet synchronous motor, mated to an E-DHT. The car offers two LFP battery options: 8.5 kWh and 19.09 kWh, corresponding to 60 km and 140 km CLTC pure electric cruising ranges. The comprehensive range can reach 2,000 km, the fuel consumption is 2.9L/100km, the top speed is 180 km/h, and the fuel tank capacity is 60L.

Only the 140 km range trims support fast charging, and it takes 20 minutes to replenish the battery from 30% to 80%. Otherwise, slow charging takes 2.7 hours to 6 hours depending on the trims.
The cockpit comes with a 14.6-inch central control screen and a 10.2-inch LCD instrument panel, which has a built-in Flyme Auto smart cockpit system. Only the top trim supports 50W mobile phone wireless charging. Additionally, level 2 advanced driving assistance capabilities are available depending on selected 140 km range trims.
Other standard configurations include keyless entry, mobile app remote control, six speakers, OTA updates, Amap navigation, AI voice assistant, and 4G network + in-car WiFi.
