4th-gen Changan CS75 Plus Ultra official images revealed
On December 16, Changan released the official images of its fourth-generation CS75 Plus Ultra gasoline-powered SUV, equipped with a 2.0T engine. The launch is expected to be later this month. For reference, the 1.5T version of the car was launched on September 24 this year, with a price range of 121,900 – 129,900 yuan (16,700 – 17,800 USD).

The new car will be manufactured in Changan’s smart factory in Hefei, China. So far, the cumulative sales of the Changan CS75 series have exceeded 2.7 million units. In November, the Changan CS75 Plus was the 19th best-selling vehicle in China. Currently, there are 11 models in the Changan CS75 Plus series on sale, with a price range of 117,900 – 149,900 yuan (16,200 – 20,600 USD).
The appearance of the new car largely remains unchanged. The front continues to use a through-type light strip, paired with the large V-shaped grille, which is highly recognizable. The rear is also designed with a through-type taillight, but the bottom is upgraded to dual exhaust outlets on both sides. Additionally, the hidden door handles are present. The car runs on 20-inch aluminum alloy rims. The length, width, and height are 4770/1910/1695 (1705) mm, respectively; the wheelbase is 2800 mm.

The fourth-generation Changan CS75 Plus Ultra is powered by a 2.0T engine, mated to an Aisin 8AT. The engine has a maximum power of 171 kW (229 hp) and a peak torque of 390 Nm. The official 0 – 100 km/h acceleration time is 7.3 seconds.
Coming into the cockpit, the fourth-generation Changan CS75 Plus Ultra continues the overall layout of the 1.5T version on sale, offering a triple-screen layout consisting of a 10.25-inch LCD instrument screen, a 14.6-inch central control screen, and a 12.3-inch co-pilot entertainment screen. The configurations come standard with six airbags, automatic folding side mirrors, an AI voice assistant supplied by iFlytek, level 2 advanced driving assistance functionalities, and the APA5.0 valet parking system that has the automated search function (20 meters and lane line) to autonomously park.
Furthermore, the flat-bottomed multi-function steering wheel is a new design.
