The Xiaomi Skynomad N90 Max, a full-size EREV crossover, has arrived at dealerships across China just before sales begin. This spacious seven-seater comes equipped with a 76 kWh battery pack, offering an electric range of 505 km under CLTC conditions.
As the flagship model in Xiaomi's Skynomad family-oriented EREV lineup, the N90 Max had its core specifications revealed on July 11 during domestic homologation. Shortly after, Xiaomi officials shared additional details about the vehicle's interior, driving range, internal combustion engine, and maintenance schedule. By July 30, the Skynomad N90 Max was already on display at dealerships nationwide.
The showroom models are finished in deep blue. Exterior highlights include oversized headlights, a “Skynomad” badge at the front, a large trapezoidal air intake, semi-hidden door handles, and a wraparound taillight design. Self-righting center wheel caps keep the logo upright while the wheels turn. The N90 Max measures 5285 mm in length, 1998 mm in width, and 1825 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3080 mm. It rolls on 21-inch five-spoke wheels.
Inside, the Skynomad N90 features a three-row 2+2+3 seating layout. The front seats can rotate 180 degrees to face second-row passengers. The dashboard includes a 16.1-inch touchscreen, an 8.88-inch LCD instrument cluster, and a 20-inch head-up display. Additional cabin features comprise a 21.4-inch ceiling-mounted screen, a built-in refrigerator, and zero-gravity second-row seats.
Under the hood, the Skynomad N90 Max uses a 1.5-liter range extender producing 112 kW (150 hp). This internal combustion engine does not drive the wheels; instead, it charges the 76 kWh ternary NMC battery pack and powers the electric motors. The dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivers 310 kW (416 hp), enabling a top speed of 190 km/h. In electric-only mode, the vehicle achieves 505 km under CLTC and 370 km under WLTC testing.
The EREV system supports 92, 95, and 98 octane fuel. With a depleted battery, fuel consumption stands at 5.7 liters per 100 km under WLTC conditions. The range extender and three-electric system are backed by an 8-year or 160,000 km warranty. Maintenance is required every three years or 30,000 km.
According to China EV DataTracker, Xiaomi Auto sold 185,055 units in the first half of 2026, a 17.2% year-over-year increase. The automaker has set an ambitious 2026 sales target of 550,000 units, suggesting that the Skynomad series is expected to become a key sales driver for the brand.
